A. Because I make things to order and almost everything is personalized, I do not accept returns. However if your product is defective or I've made a mistake, contact me and I will work with you to correct the problem.
A. If your order is not correct, contact me and I will work with you to correct any problems.
A. Currently I accept cash and check. I require payment before I start stitching since I'm unable to resell items once they have been personalized.
A. I will ship everything Priority Mail. Shipping is $6 and I will combine multiple items when possible.

A. Embroidery is created using all thread. In some embroidery designs there are many different colors of thread used to create an image.
Applique uses thread and fabric. The fabric can be any fabric or color of your choice. The applique samples you see in the design files are just samples. For example, you like the purple elephant, but would like it done in blue. No problem ... you just need to let me know. I will used blue fabric and change the thread colors to match.
If you love the purple elephant exactly how you see it, I will do my best to match. However, my fabric inventory is constantly changing and I may not have an exact match. If you have any further questions, contact me.
